The living room shares a modern open floor plan with the kitchen. There is a comfortable Queen-Sized sleeper/sofa. Breakfast bar, 2 stools along with a dining table and 4 chairs. The living room has a door to the private balcony.

The bedroom has a King-sized bed and a closet. There is a dresser and a smart flat panel TV with Cable. The bedroom has a door to the breezeway (main entrance)

The bathroom has a walk-in shower, separate sink and vanity area with built in drawers.

Kitchen

The kitchen has a full-size range/oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher - all brand new 05/21. Dual single cup/carafe coffee maker plus kitchen prep, cooking, and serving utensils.

Swimming Pool/Outdoors

The private patio looks out to a well-manicured lawn and nice-sized swimming pool. There are a few patio chairs. Pool area is furnished with pool chairs and loungers and a gazebo if you prefer less sun exposure. The side-yard has both gas and charcoal grills with picnic tables — available to all in the complex. There is an outside shower area next to the swimming pool to use before and after swimming. There is a coin operated laundry room for your use.

Parking

Each condo has one assigned parking space in our off-the-street parking lot . Some limited overflow parking is available. No boats/RV’s/ trailers are allowed.
